What do I get if I join?
  • You'll automatically become a member of LWV US, LWV IL, LWV Cook County, LWV Lake Michigan, and LWV Upper Mississippi River Region, and you will receive their publications.
  • You'll receive the LWV OPRF monthly League Matters Newsletter as well as the LWV OPRF Week in Preview with the latest events and actions to take.​
LWV OPRF membership renewal or joining process is changing starting February 3, 2025. Membership/renewal processing will now be done by LWV US. You will receive a notice from LWV US when your membership expiration date is coming so you can self renew. You will then need to go online to update personal information. This may take a few minutes the first time you do it. You can watch a video here that will walk you through the membership renewal/joining process.

2025 Membership recommented amounts:
Individual Membership: $75 a year or pay what you can($20 minimum).
Second Member: $150 for both or pay what you can ($40 minimum) you will need to provide an unique email address.
Lifetime Membership: In appreciation of their dedication, Lifetime member are exempt from dues. 
After you get your renewal notice from LWV US, individuals who do not want to pay LWV US online using a credit card or through a bank transfer may pay with a check using this form. You will need to download, print this form, and mail this form to LWV OPRF along with your check(s). We will then send everything to LWV US.

  • These donations are tax deductible because LWV OPRF is a 501(c)(3) organization.
